All Grassy Meadow Music products come with blanket permission to live-stream or broadcast performances for non-commercial purposes only. This includes things such as live-streamed or broadcasting of pre-recorded church services, or sharing videos of performances on YouTube or Facebook. All we ask is that you include information about the piece's title, composer, and publisher information, if at all possible.
If you're planning to record one of our pieces to sell, charging folks to attend a concert, or broadcasting a performance behind a paywall, you'll need to obtain permission from us to do so. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you out.
Want to arrange one of our handbell solos for clarinet? Want to turn a piano piece into a string quartet version? You'll need permission to do that, but we can help! Just contact us at email@example.com and describe your project, and we'll get you set up.
Many of our products (especially our 8-bell and 12-bell titles) come with permission to reproduce enough copies for your small ensemble to play. Some of our full handbell ensembles come with a Site License option, which gives you permission to pay one fee and make as many copies as your ensemble and your ensemble only need to perform the piece. If the title you purchased does not say on the product page that you have permission to reproduce for your group, you'll need to purchase as many copies as you need for the number of copies you plan to make.
Have a question about obtaining permission for something not covered here? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll be happy to help you with that!
